Talk about your plans for the future, other than work or study. Please say

– What do you plan to do?
– What will you do to make it happen?
– How will you feel, if your plan succeeds?

Here’s a structure on how you should proceed on this question. Firstly, give one line on the role of future PLANNING in the success of any venture. For instance “Planning at both macro and micro levels plays an important role in the success of any venture. These days I’m planning to ……………”

Now state what you plan to achieve in, say, next 10 days, 10 weeks, 10 months or 10 years. Do not forget to give a timeline/ deadline to achieve your goals.

Most students fail to answer the second question. They not only fail to answer adequately but also do not give the answer in a structured format. Most have little idea of how many points to present and in how much depth. I suggest that you should not mention more than 2 points.

What will you do?

  1. Mention point 1.
  2. Mention point 2.

Part 3 of the question is not easy to express. Do not just say “I’ll feel happy”. Certainly, you will, but you need to express your emotions well. Let me not give you a hint here. Try for yourself and feel free to share with us.
