During the last few decades, noise pollution has increased tremendously in human life due to increased presence of objects such as television, automobiles, and cell phones. This has led to several problems ranging from hypertension to attention disorders.

Body Paragraph 1: (Reason 1 with example 1)

With an increase in noise from morning to night, human ears are consistently bombarded with some sort of noise. Researchers have proven that regular exposure to noise has led to the problem of hypertension along with issues related to it. For instance, elevated noise countries such as India are witnessing an unprecedented number of high blood pressure and heart disease patients. An AIIMS research has blamed this on an increase in stimulus, particularly noise.

Body Paragraph 2: (Reason 2 with example 2)

Noise pollution is also leading to a mental disorder called the Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). ADD refers to the loss of ability to concentrate on any issue for more than a few seconds. Though ADD is caused by various types of stimuli, noise plays a major role. The young generation, which is regularly exposed to music, cars, Youtube, and television, suffers from severe forms of ADD. Youngsters are often unable to hold a conversation for several minutes or write a letter because of the ADD.

Body Paragraph 3: (Solution and conclusion)

Thus, reducing noise pollution and its effects is important for physical and mental health of all humans. While individuals should switch off notifications and sounds for at least a few hours during the day and switch off all devices at night, the government should regulate the number of cars on road. Moreover, every day about 10 minutes should be spent meditating away from all types of stimulus. With these simple yet effective steps, we can reduce the amount of noise around us and can lead a healthier and more fulfilling life.
