IELTS people seem to love restaurants. They frequently ask this topic in the cue-card section of the exam: A Restaurant You Like.
I am writing this letter to highlight two major issues regarding some dishes and service that I have observed at your restaurant. As it is a well-known restaurant in this town
so yesterday, last evening I visited your restaurant with my family including my father, mother, wife, and three kids. But However, after finishing the meal, I was quite disappointed due to bad comments by my family. (Prefer however over but.)
Firstly, I am going to discuss the issue related to chicken karahi, (COMMA needed here since the clause modifies chicken karahi) which
that is one of the most famous dishes of your restaurant. The chicken was not properly cooked and there was quite a smell that showed it was not properly (properly repeated twice.) correctly washed. In other words, The food was not hygienic that may and it might have caused some health problems to my family members. (in my family; to my family members) The second issue that I am going to raise up in restaurant slows service. Secondly, the restaurant suffers from slow service. I and my family My family and I had to wait for 50 minutes after placing our order and even no starter was presented us for good time pass during this time.
I will be pleased if you resolve these issues by improving the quality of food as well as service so that no customer has to bear these issues again. (You’ve not explained the actions.)
Thanks, Thank you,
