IELTS Academic Correction: Scores of Three Teams.

Checking a student’s answer.

The bar chart shows the scores of teams A, B, and C over four different seasons.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart illustrates the points gained by three different teams in four seasons. Overall, team B recorded the highest number of points in all seasons.

To begin, although the team B scored 82 points in 2002, their its (wrong pronoun. Subject is team B = singular. Use singular pronoun) points decreased in the following 2 two years but they were still the best (Best is a vague word. Task 1 demands facts. Hard, concrete facts.…. decreased in the following two years to just 42 in 2004. In 2005, their its scores increased to become 55 points. However Players of team A scored the least points in 2002, at 5 points, (Learn how to link numbers in sentences) their its scores were increased in the following 2 two seasons to become 35 points in 2004, then their points decreased to become 8 points. Points decreased in the following 2 years but they were still the best.  (You need lessons in writing sentence and paragraph structure. There is an organized way to score higher bands.)

Players of team C followed the same pattern as those of team A. They started at 10 points in 2000, then increased to 15 points in 2003, after that decreased in other years to be 5 points in 2005.

The scores of team C increased from just ten points in 2002 to fifteen points in 2003. Thereafter the scores decreased to five in 2005. Team C briefly scored more than team A in 2003

In conclusion, player of teams A and C tried to improve your level and their order, but they their level returned in the last season, while Team B was the best one in all seasons.

  1. The bar chart illustrates the information of the marks of total three groups which are team A , team B, team C ,of four the various weathers .

    Overall, Team B attained the higher scores as compared to others teams while Team C remained least .

    In the case of team B , In 2002, the marks of team B were approximately 82 then In the following year, It gradually decreased with 62 scores .In the next year, a sudden fall can be seen in the scores of team B which was mare 42 . Significantly, By 2005, There was a steep rise in the marks of team B which was just over 55.

    moving further on the another teams ,Team A got only 5 marks in the year 2002.Thereafter , In marks of team A ,continually increased from 2002 to 2004 just 35 ,but it again quickly declined .similarly ,In the scores of team C ,there was a fluctuations can be seen in the four seasons .
