The given first bar chart gives the information about the important reasons for study among students of different age groups and the second chart illustrates the money and time off time-off support they received receive (tense should be Simple Present) from their superiors.

Overall, there was a decrement in the percentage of students were studying for their career from 80% for age group less than 26 to approximately 18% for those above 49 years for the age groups from under 26 to over 49. There was a good support from the employers for the age group under 26 and further there was a small decrement decline (word repetition: decrement) in the group over 49. (Small decline with respect to what? Not clear.)

Firstly, there was a continuous decrement in the percentage of students studying for their career for the age groups under 26,26-29,30-39,40-49, and over 49 the percentages are 80,70, nearly 56,42,and 70 respectively. (No need to hurry while writing a paragraph. Let me rephrase it.)

Clearly, as the age increases, the percentage of students studying for career advancement decrease (trend) while (connecting word) those (referencing) studying for interest increase (trend). (Discuss one bar chart in one paragraph. First sentence overview. No need to give a separate overview here. Then elaborate this sentence with details.) More than 80 percent of students with age less than 26 years study for career and only 10 percent pursue education for interest. The percentage of these (referencing) two categories converge (trend) till they (referencing) become equal at 40 percent in age group 40 to 49 years. Thereafter (connecting word), the percentage of those (referencing) engaged in studies for career falls below that (connecting word) of those (referencing) pursuing it for interest.

Secondly, there was a good support from the employer to the students. For the age groups under 26,26-29,and 30-39 there was a sequent decrement. After that, for the remaining two groups they gave good support about 38 percent and 45 percent for the groups 40-49, and over 49. (Please re-write this paragraph using the cues mentioned above. Maintain cohesion, mention trends while writing.)

Total Words = 172.
