Describe an outdoor activity that you like to do. Please say:

  1. What is it?
  2. Where you like to do it?
  3. How you do it?
  4. Explain why you like to do it?

Unless you are a Facebook and smartphone fan, you are extremely likely to engage in an outdoor activity. So, this is certainly not a tough nut to crack. Just stick to the question, use collocation, follow cohesion principles, and deliver fluently. Let me present a sample answer.

I’m a cricket enthusiast and I love playing cricket with my friends. We are a group of doctors who work hard during weekdays and get together to play the game during weekends at the cricket stadium in sector 16, Chandigarh. (What and Where?)

Almost 24 doctors from the Fortis Hospital reach the stadium at 7 am and create two teams of 12 players each. We divide the teams to create an equal proportion of batsmen, bowlers and fielders. Since I am a member of the stadium’s local cricket team, the equipment is available at no cost. The match is of 20 overs for each team and lasts for about four hours. The winning team gets a breakfast treat from the losing team. (How?)

I think playing cricket is a team work and brings strangers closer. Saving lives in a hospital requires doctors to work as a team and keep ego aside. Cricket helps build such team spirit in every player. Moreover, to work for more than 12 hours every day a doctor needs to be physically active. Playing on weekends helps us to keep ourselves fit. (Why?)
