Sports facilities should be available for professional athletes only since they have to compete with representatives from other countries. They need more practice and dedicated infrastructure so that they can practice day and night. The NIS has helped Indian athletes win medals in Olympics, Asian games and Commonwealth games. (72 words.)

On the other hand, sports facilities should be made available to all citizens since this promotes health and overall well being of everyone. For example, John Kennedy stadium in New York was designed for baseball players.
