Whoever controls the media also controls opinions and attitudes of the people and there is little can be done to rectify this. To what extend do you agree or disagree?
You should use your own ideas, knowledge and experience and support your arguments with examples and relevant evidence.

It is an undeniable fact that media has a pivotal role in human life as it influences the thoughts and responses of people by conglomerating the ideas and events occurring in every corner of the world.
While I partially agree that media has a tremendous influence in our process of judgement and outlook in a particular issue , it (wrong use of while construction since X and Y are not contrasting statements.). It does not fully control it (misplaced pronoun – the first pronoun refers to the media and the latter refers to outlook) and government can undertake several measures to curb the mushrooming menace of farce (fake) news. (A well written introduction.)
To commence with, every individual has the right to know about the incidents occurring around them in order to involve in social, cultural and economic activities. Media helps us to follow current news and technological developments and at the same time influences our thinking process to a great extent. Moreover, sometimes most of the
medias media (plural of media is media) are is controlled by several (selected/ a few) global cooperation or a political party parties which manipulates news according to their favor to gain public interest manipulate public opinion. For example, when demonetization was introduced in India by the ruling party, all medias were publishing published (simple past tense) in favor of it even without analyzing the positives and negatives.
However, our attitude or thinking is not entirely controlled by the media. Even though it influences our basic thinking process we have to
put in use our capacity of judgement to separate fake lies from truth. Everybody knows that there is a practice of fake news or paid news and we have an individual should to use our rational thinking to differentiate sand from grain (??? Sand is a collection of grains. separate wheat form the chaff). For instance, many cooperate companies endorse their products through celebrities who have an immense influence in society. Though a beverage contains added (contains = added) preservatives or adulterate, (this is an adjective or verb, not a noun) inferior materials, society has a tendency to consume them it (a beverage = singular) exactly by copying their best loved actors in the advertisement without reviewing the health risk. (I can’t see the role of MEDIA in this example. Task response.)
To conclude, admittedly media has a great influence in our society but does not control our opinion or attitude. A government needs to come up with strong legal framework
of legal implications (a framework can’t be of legal implications.) to punish any type of scammers or fake news that can be of political risk to the country. It is nearly impossible to ignore media sources but mutual activities of government and public can significantly reduce the spreading of negative attitudes.
