I hope you are well. I am writing this letter to inform you about my new apartment and invite you over the coming weekend. I have recently shifted to a new apartment in downtown Ottawa since it is close to my place of work and is much lower rent than the previous home. Also, since it is downtown, all the facilies such as shopping mall and farmer’s market are at a walking distance. (Opening statement and why you moved.)

The new house is a three bedroom spacious apartment with a large lawn on the seventh floor of the River Head Building. The master bedroom is huge with an attached lavatory and dressing area. Additionally there is a guestroom and a children’s room as well. There is a dedicated space for storing unused items. Moreover, the lobby and dining area are large enough for a small party of a few friends. (Describe the new apartment)

Since you live near the downtown, I think it will be wonderful if you can come to my new home with your family and we will spend some quality time together. (Invitation to visit.)
