The given charts explain the data gathered about adult education. The bar chart provides list of factors behind adults getting higher education whereas the pie chart explains how people think the course fee should be divided. (Please note: Course fee is not the same as cost of education. It is better not to change the terms mentioned in the question statement.)

Overall, the primary (Primary is always ONE. The primary reason.) reasons for study given by largest percentage of people (the largest percentage of people is also ONE. Not many.) are interest in subject followed by getting qualifications while the least percentage of people attend university to become socialize (no need of ‘become’ with socialize). Furthermore, according to the suggested fee cost structure a candidate must be charged less than half of total course fee cost of education.

Interest in a particular subject and gaining of qualifications are two top reasons given by 40 percent and 38 percent of people respectively. Twenty two percent of people think that studies would be helpful in their jobs. Almost every fifth person chooses study either to improve prospects of promotion or he enjoys to enjoy learning (parallelism). The least percentage of people with 9 percent go to university to meet people.

People suggest that a candidate must be charged not more than 40 percent of total course fee cost of education. Employers should support students financially by paying 35 percent of fee total cost while the rest of expenditures should be taken from (borne by) taxpayers (This sentence suffers from a serious miscommunication issue due to wrong use of words.
