Many people prefer to live in their own house, while others are prepared to live in rental properties. Discuss both views, give your opinion and examples.

This is an April 2018 IELTS question. A similar question appeared in January 2018 exam.

In some cities, people prefer to rent their homes rather than buying homes. What are the advantages and disadvantage of this trend?
