Some people believe that preserving natural environment is crucial. However, most make no effort to do so. Why do you think this is happening? What are some simple actions that could help the environment?

Answer:

Most people are not much concerned about the environment around them. Very few make an effort to do so (to do what? there is no reference.). According to me, this is happening happens due to lack of awareness regarding our natural environment. However, there are a few methods that can be adopted to overcome this problem.

First of all, people are extremely careless about keeping their surroundings clean. Most of them throw garbage outside their homes and on the streets. Due to their recklessness and casual attitude, the roads are filthy and full of litter. (Does this destroy the natural environment? Please address the topic adequately. This often leads to the destruction of nature by plastic pollution and diseases from the decomposing kitchen waste.) Secondly, as there is a rapid growth of population, therefore, to meet the demands of millions of people industrialization and urbanization becomes become unpreventable (No need of therefore with as.). Also, industrialists and politicians come up with excuses that are feeble and unsatisfactory. (But how does this destroy nature?)

NOTE: The question statement means “Why do many people not make any effort to save the nature?”

There are two provisions, in my opinion, that can help us preserve our natural environment. Firstly, the government can collaborate with private institutions and advertise through TV commercials and posters about the importance of preserving the environment. They can also suggest measures to be taken by the people. By doing so, the people can become aware of the harmful effects of polluting the environment. (Good job! The idea is clearly expressed and explained.) Next, the government can introduce laws that can prevent people from throwing garbage on the streets. This will enable them to be conscious and thereby make an effort to keep their surroundings neat and clean.

To conclude, I would like to say that the government needs to take the initiative to spread awareness about the negative impact of not preserving our natural environment.
