Well, politeness is a very essential characteristic that everybody should have (opening statement is fine). Here I would like to talk about one of the moments when I remained polite. It happened when I was on a tour to Shimla with my friends. While there are a plethora of such moments when I remained polite in my life I want to talk about this special event because this happened recently (The struckoff sentence does not convey a new message. This is an opening statement and not an explanation of what exactly happened. You’ve already opened the answer. This destroys coherence in the response. Explain the situation here.).
My friends and me I were enjoying breathtaking picturesque (please check the pronunciation of picturesque) of waterfalls, various kinds of flora and fauna, and other natural resources in Shimla (This sentence does not add any value to the questions being asked. Please mention the situation – Question 1.). We reserved a room in a five-star hotel for five days and it was just amazing to spend that time there. But on the last day of our holidays, when we came back to our room in the hotel then , (Do not use THEN with WHEN. Correct construction: When X, Y.) we found that somebody had already has had entered in our room and he had tried to disperse scattered (wrong word choice – disperse) our things here and there. (Time – 1:17.)
You’ve taken too long to answer the first question. If you remove the sentences that do not convey any meaningful information (last sentence of para 1 and the first sentence of para 2), you can save some time.
PLANNING for Q 1 to stop yourself from speaking unnecessary sentences: General sentence, Shimla, 2017, Friends, 5 days, 5 star, picturesque mountains, fresh air.
So, at that moment, I just freaked out. But later on my friends calmed me down and I also realized that first of all I should understand the matter and then I should react to it. Then I called the manager of that hotel and he came and he he (a lot of repetition) even he was astonished after seeing it. He discussed this matter with the staff who who was attending us. Then he found that a new person in in the staff had entered in our room and he was …… (Time – 2:00 minutes)
Okay. Time’s up. You’ve not answered the THIRD question. Do not expect more than 2 minutes during the exam. The examiner has limited time and will cut you off. If you are unable to address all the questions within the stipulated time, you will lose the bands.
PLANNING for Q 2: Door lock broken, clothes scattered, very angry, called manager – surprised and shocked, quick inquiry.
PLANNING for Q3: Over-reacted, will stay calm in future.
