Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter with reference to your advertisement posted in the edition of 5^th September in The Tribune seeking for the volunteers who can work in your esteemed charitable hospital.

I am keenly (use an adverb to give the quality of a verb) interested in offering my services to your hospital not only for the sake of my inner satisfaction and contentment but also for gaining valuable experience in this field which would help me further in my career (career includes the word further). Your institute is doing a noble deed by serving the deprived section of society and I really wish to be a part of it.

(The paragraph above has two sentences. Logically, you need to flip the sentences. Sentence 2 should be written before sentence 1.)

Since I am pursuing MBA in resource management, I can do multiple significant tasks such as fixing the appointments from with the specialist doctors, looking after the finance department and, most importantly, (need to put this within commas – parallelism) arranging the camps in remote areas.

I can join your hospital in the evening (which evening?) during weekdays and from morning to evening on (what time during weekends?) weekends as on. During weekdays I am having my have regular classes in the morning and in the afternoon I visit Darbar Sahib for paying obeisance and offering service in the free feast (the free communal meals).
