When and why you use this method of transport?

20 minutes, 150 words at least.

Answer:

Dear sir or madam,

I am a frequent traveler who commutes on one of your buses. I am writing this letter to complain about slipping standard of your bus service.

During weekdays, I travel every day from Saket Bus Station to Karol Bagh at 9.30 pm. I rely on your bus service because of its convenience and accessibility as I have to walk just 100 meters from my home. I have been availing your bus this service for the last 4 years.

However, recently, the frequency of your buses has been reduced significantly. People have to wait in queues for a long time to catch a bus. Moreover, to my dismay, buses are not as cleaner clean as they used to be. Due to this, regular passengers often criticize and are reluctant to use your service. This might have been the reason that you reduced the frequency of buses.

To clean your buses, I suggest you should employ more workers. In addition, I also suggest you to increase the number of buses during the rush hours so that it would be beneficial for the general public and profitable for your business.

I hope that you would take immediate actions to improve your service.

Yours faithfully,

Williams Smith.
